Trombonist Bill Gibson has recorded for CBS and NBC Television and has played Trombone for many groups including the Jimmy Dorsey orchestra, Tommy Dorsey orchestra, Artie Shaw Orchestra, Al Grey/Jimmy Forrest Orchestra, Les Elgart Orchestra, Don Glasser Orchestra, Vaughn Monroe Orchestra, and Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Circus. |

Bill attended the University of Tampa and also the Berklee College of Music. While at Berklee, he was featured as a jazz soloist the the Berklee College of Swing Music Orchestra. |

He has performed as a guest soloist with the Armed Forces School of Music Faculty Jazz Band, The United States Army Jazz Ambassadors, The Notables Jazz Ensemble from Offutt Air Force Base and many High School and College Jazz bands in the US and Canada.

He has performed with Franki Valli, The Temptations, and has worked on Carnival Cruise Lines, Costa Cruise Lines, Norwegian Lines, and Holland America Westours.
Bill plays actively in a number of groups such as the Sioux Falls Dixieland Stompers, The Amabile Trio, the Bill Gibson Jazz Trio, The Sweet Swinging Swiss, and a full size 10 Piece Big Band. |
