"TheFugitiveMC" david James is the owner and founder of WOW! Entertainment. David also serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board for WOW! Entertainment, Inc.  Corporate Offices are currently maintained in Sioux Falls, SD and Las Vegas, NV.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, David was a child prodigy Jazz Trumpet Player and was already performing in Jazz clubs and for local schools at age 6.  David has worked professionally in the music business since 1978.  He was a roadie for 3 bands at age 15.  He also played large house parties and in the parks of Milwaukee and Chicago until he was old enough to work the club scene.  He went to college at UW Madison on a music scholarship and played Trumpet in the Wisconsin Badger Marching Band.  After graduation, David Joined the Air Force where he learned the art of mixing and scratching on turntables in the early 80's.  His mentor was a DJ from Philadelphia named Tony a.k.a. "The Doctor of Sounds".  Immediately he went to work playing on weekends at the NCO Clubs all over the world where he was stationed.  In the late 80's David worked concert security for Ogden Mgmt as a celebrity bodyguard for acts like MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, Journey, Judas Priest, ELO & Blue Oyster Cult - Too many to mention.  David also toured the Air Force bases with "Tops In Blue", a traveling variety show managed by the Air Force as an MC and a Sound Technician.  After 12 years in the US Air Force, he transferred to the SD Air National Guard and retired as a First Sergeant. 

After moving to South Dakota in 1992, David worked as a Club DJ, and touring with a mobile system for weddings, corporate shows, school dances, and public events in the Sioux Empire and surrounding areas.  He is also known in Sioux Falls for his 5 years at Borrowed Bucks Roadhouse.  He was the original DJ who helped establish "TOP 40 TUESDAY".  His DJ company originally known as "Weddings on Wheels" Mobile DJ Service has quickly grown to become one of the busiest entertainment companies in the Sioux Empire & beyond.  Plans to go national are currently in work including a 2010 U.S. Touring Show called "Hip-Hop Forever".  The tour will include tribute acts and original Hip Hop acts.  The tour will run 5 months and hit over 100 US Cities.  Auditions will start soon for Headline Acts, Stage Dancers & Impersonators.
