Marcella Dowie is quite the elegant entertainer!  She a concert quality harpist, and has also been performing for weddings for over nine years.  She is currently a Junior at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD.  At the college, she plays in the Augustana Orchestra, Choir, and the Band.  She has worked with and sat in with greats like Shakey Newman's Jazz band.  She also participates in Chamber Music and is on the Worship Team.

Marcella has also won some IMPRESSIVE awards!  She was the Grand Champion in Performing Arts at the Minnesota State Fair.   Also at the 2001 South Dakota Fine Arts Festival, she received a superior rating in the Instrumental String Solo Division.  In March 2002, Marcella also received a Superior rating in the Instrumental Ensemble Division.

Cello accompaniment is available for a small additional fee performed by her mother, Sandra Dowie!  What a talented family!!!
